Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. The Prize

One winning couple will receive complimentary photography for ONE principal wedding event.

The winner may choose one of:

Hindu Wedding | Civil Wedding | Church Wedding | Reception

The prize covers one event only and does not include additional wedding events or celebrations.

2. What's Included

The prize includes Jeyash Luxmanan Photography's standard photography coverage for the selected event, with the exact hours, coverage and deliverables confirmed with the winning couple before booking.

The following are not included:

Additional events or days
Mehndi, Sangeet or Engagement events
Pre-wedding shoots
Additional hours
Videography
Albums, prints or other products
Additional photographers
Travel, accommodation, parking or other expenses outside the standard service area
Any other optional extras

Additional services may be added separately at the couple's expense.

3. Dates & Availability

The prize is valid for weddings taking place during 2026, 2027 or 2028.

The wedding date must be available in the Jeyash Luxmanan Photography diary.

Winning the giveaway does not guarantee availability on the couple's preferred date.

If the preferred date is unavailable, the couple may choose another available date within the eligible period. If no suitable date can be agreed, an alternative winner may be selected.

4. Eligibility & Entry

Couples may nominate themselves.

One entry per person. Existing clients with a confirmed booking are not eligible.

Entries must be received before the stated closing date and time. Invalid, fraudulent or duplicate entries may be removed.

5. Winner Selection

One winning couple will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

The winner will be contacted via Instagram and must respond within 7 days.

If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible or does not accept the prize, another winner may be selected.

Reasonable proof of eligibility may be requested.

6. Booking & Prize Conditions

The winning couple must sign Jeyash Luxmanan Photography's standard photography contract before the booking is confirmed.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, sold or transferred to another couple.

Any additional services or upgrades must be paid for separately.

If the winning couple later changes their wedding date, the new date remains subject to availability.

If the couple cancels their wedding or cannot proceed, the prize may be forfeited and another winner may be selected.

7. Photography & Promotion

Photography will be provided in the established style of Jeyash Luxmanan Photography.

The winning couple agrees that photographs from the wedding may be used for portfolio, website and promotional purposes in accordance with the standard photography agreement. Any privacy requirements should be discussed before booking.

8. Instagram

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.

9. Changes

Jeyash Luxmanan Photography reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the giveaway where reasonably necessary.

By entering, participants confirm that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
